Job Description – Site Supervisor (Recruitment specialist)

Position: Field Supervisor

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month

- Key ResponsibilitiesHire and recruit manpower as per project requirements.
- Source candidates through local and online recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Manage and supervise field workers on a daily basis.
- Allocate work and monitor attendance and manpower deployment.
- Maintain daily joining, attendance, and manpower reports.
- Handle worker queries and coordinate with the HR/management team.
- Ensure timely deployment of required manpower at the site.
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in manpower recruitment / field supervision.
- Positive communication and team-handling skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and coordination skills.
- Willing to work at Kishangarh, Rajasthan.
