Job Summary:

Vikair Systems is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in managing accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals and vouchers.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review GST returns, TDS returns and related documentation.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS and accounting statements.
- Handle invoicing, billing, payments and receipts.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with vendors/customers.
- Assist in preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss account and other financial statements.




- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other financial institutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting requirements.
- Support management with financial data, reports and accounting analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Valuable working knowledge of GST & TDS.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience in finalization of accounts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience handling accounts independently.
- Good reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile:

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Candidates who can independently manage complete accounting operations will be preferred.
- Experience with GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance is highly preferred.
- Salary is negotiable for the right candidate with strong experience and skills.
