- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the gym/fitness centre.
- Handle and convert online and offline leads into memberships.
- Attend and follow up with walk-in enquiries and prospective members.
- Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, packages and offers.
- Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
- Manage lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
- Coordinate with trainers and front-desk staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and basic escalations.
- Maintain daily sales, lead and conversion reports.




- Support local marketing and promotional activities to generate new leads.
- Candidate Profile2+ years of experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, retail or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Positive knowledge of sales and lead conversion.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Comfortable handling both online and offline enquiries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp communication.
- Ability to manage a team and centre operations.
