Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Telesales Specialist with excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle incoming customer queries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team whenever required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.




- Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries.
- Candidate RequirementsCandidate should be smart, presentable, confident, and energetic.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills are required.
- Basic English speaking ability is mandatory.
- Odia or Tamil language proficiency will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and confidence may also be considered.
