Business Development Executive – International Sales Job Summary ICV Assessments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to develop international business opportunities for the company’s ISO Management System Certification, Skilled Training, Assessment, and related services. The candidate will be responsible for international lead generation, client acquisition, sales conversion, and developing business associates/partners in overseas markets. Key Responsibilities

1. Generate qualified international leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, databases, references, and other digital platforms

2. Identify potential international clients interested in ISO Certification, Training, Assessment, and related services

3. Conduct international business development through email, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and online meetings

4. Research and identify target countries,



industries, companies, consultants, and potential business opportunities

5. Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, consultants, associates, agents, and business partners

6. Identify and onboard suitable International Associates/Business Partners to expand ICV Assessments’ global network

7. Explain ICV Assessments’ certification and training services to international prospects and associates

8. Share company profiles, service details, presentations, quotations, and proposals with potential clients and partners

9. Manage regular follow-ups with international leads and associates to convert opportunities into business

10. Negotiate commercial terms and support the sales team in closing international business deals

11. Coordinate with the Certification, Training, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth execution of confirmed projects
