Job SummaryWe are looking for a Sales Executive to manage daily market visits and drive sales across assigned retail outlets in the Noida market. The candidate will be responsible for shop-to-shop sales, order booking, outlet coverage, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily shop-to-shop visits across assigned markets.
- Generate orders and achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure regular coverage of assigned outlets and maximize productive calls.
- Introduce new products, schemes, offers, and promotions to retailers.
- Monitor product availability, visibility, and merchandising at outlets.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily market visits, orders, and sales performance.




- Follow company guidelines related to attendance, reporting, and market discipline.
- Candidate RequirementsMust have a Bike/Scooty for daily market visits.
- Candidate should preferably live near Noida Sector 69 or within a convenient commuting distance.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / General Trade / Retail Sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and daily shop-to-shop visits.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a quick-paced sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/apps for order booking and reporting.
