Job Description

Money Heaven is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Loan Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in loan sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful loan disbursals.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact customers through outbound calls.

* Explain Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, and other loan products.

* Generate and qualify leads.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.

* Follow up with interested customers until loan disbursal.





* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing.

* Maintain accurate customer records and daily follow-up reports.

* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Requirements

* Minimum 0- 1 year of experience in Loan Telesales or BFSI Sales.

* Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).

* Solid sales and negotiation abilities.

* Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
