Key Responsibilities

Talk to students and parents about courses and admissions.

Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Follow up with interested students regularly.

Help students complete the admission process.

Convert enquiries into admissions.

Achieve monthly admission targets.

Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.





Answer student and parent questions politely.

Coordinate with the academic and admission team.

Keep updated about courses, fees, and admission offers.

Good communication skills.

Confident and friendly personality.

Good convincing and follow-up skills.

Comfortable talking to students and parents.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willing to work with monthly targets.
