SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS & Sales

Experience: Minimum 11 to 27 Years

Senior Leadership Experience: Minimum 11 Years

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic, highly experienced, and result-oriented Senior General Manager Operations & Sales to take complete ownership of administrative and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should be a strong strategic and hands-on leader capable of managing teams, improving processes, controlling costs, ensuring compliance, managing vendors, resolving critical issues, and supporting senior management in achieving business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and oversee overall Administration & Operations.
- Develop and implement effective SOPs, policies, and operational processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams while driving performance and accountability.
- Manage vendors, contracts, facilities, procurement, and service providers.
- Monitor budgets, operational costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, safety, and risk controls.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare MIS and management reports.
- Drive process improvement, productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Handle key stakeholder relationships and critical operational escalations.




- Coordinate with senior management and various departments for smooth business operations.
- Support strategic planning, business improvement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director / Senior Management on operational and administrative matters.

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 1015 years of relevant qualified experience is required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership / management position.
- Proven experience managing large teams, vendors, budgets, facilities, and multiple operational functions.
- Strong experience in Administration & Operations Leadership is essential.
