? JOB SUMMARY

• Handle telecalling and sales activities for real estate projects.

• Company will provide leads, and candidates are expected to convert leads into sales.

• Candidates should have relevant real estate telecalling / sales experience.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call and follow up with company-provided leads.

• Explain real estate projects, offers and services to customers.





• Handle customer queries and build interest in the project.

• Follow up with potential customers and work towards conversions.

• Maintain proper communication with leads and customers.

• Achieve sales conversions through effective telecalling.
