Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Picker / Packer to join our team. You will be responsible for finding items in the warehouse, packing them safely, and preparing orders for dispatch.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLocate and pick items from warehouse shelves using order lists/scanners.
- Pack, wrap, and label products securely into boxes.
- Check items for damages or errors before packing.
- Maintain clean and organized packing workstations.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and stock inventory.

Requirements

- Education: 10th or 12th pass.
- Experience: Freshers welcome (1–2 years warehouse experience is a plus).
- Skills: Basic reading skills, attention to detail, and ability to use a handheld scanner/smartphone.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and lift boxes (up to 15–20 kg) throughout the shift.
