- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day factory production operations.
- Plan and execute production as per scheduled orders and delivery timelines.
- Allocate daily work to fabricators, workers and helpers.
- Monitor production targets, quality standards and completion timelines.
- Check incoming materials including profiles, glass, hardware and accessories.
- Supervise cutting, fabrication, assembly, glazing, hardware fitting and finishing processes.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure that all products meet company standards.
- Verify measurements, quantities, colours, glass specifications and hardware before dispatch.
- Control wastage of profiles, glass, hardware and other production materials.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of factory machinery, tools and equipment.
- Maintain daily production reports, material consumption, wastage and pending-job reports.
- Identify production delays and quality issues and report them to management immediately.
- Manage worker attendance, discipline, productivity and safety.
- Maintain proper cleanliness, organization and safety standards within the factory.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for proper packing and timely dispatch of finished products.
- Coordinate with the sales,



measurement and site teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Prioritize urgent orders and ensure their timely completion as instructed by management.

- Basic knowledge of measurements, drawings and BOQs.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred.

Experience2–5 years of relevant experience in uPVC/Aluminium doors and windows manufacturing is preferred.
