Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified CNC Machine Operator with at least 1 to 3 year of experience in operating CNC machines.

The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Operate CNC machines such as milling and turning machines efficiently.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters before starting production.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Measure finished products using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.




- Required SkillsKnowledge of CNC machine operations and controls.
- Ability to read technical drawings and job instructions.
- Basic knowledge of G-code and machine programming (preferred).
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Certified CNC Machine Operator preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.
- Additional RequirementsAbility to work in rotational shifts if required.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours during machine operation.
- Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
