- Handle inbound customer calls and assist customers with their queries.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain proper records and follow up on pending queries.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Inbound Calling / Customer Support.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Language Requirements:
1 position: Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi & English
3 position: Hindi & English
Comfortable working in assigned shifts:
7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Candidates must have a secure Wi-Fi connection and power backup for occasional WFH requirements.
