Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House (FOH) team members to join our restaurant team in Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for every customer.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests warmly.
- Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
- Attend to customer requests and resolve basic service-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.




- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members.
- RequirementsPrevious restaurant/hospitality experience is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
