Job SummaryHotel Tushar Elegant is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Gaming Zone Expert (CRM) to manage gaming-zone operations while building strong relationships with guests and customers. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in gaming, entertainment, hospitality, customer relationship management, or a similar role.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the gaming zone.
- Welcome guests and provide an engaging, friendly gaming experience.
- Explain games, rules, packages, memberships, and promotions to customers.
- Handle customer registrations, bookings, memberships, and CRM records.
- Maintain accurate customer data and regularly update CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Promote gaming packages, offers, memberships, and special events.
- Coordinate with the hotel and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Monitor gaming equipment and report technical or maintenance issues promptly.




- Ensure cleanliness, safety, discipline, and proper functioning of the gaming area.
- Track customer visits, sales, memberships, and daily operational reports.
- Assist in customer-retention activities and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all gaming-zone policies and hotel standards are followed.
- Candidate Requirements1–2 years of relevant experience in gaming zones, entertainment centers, hospitality, CRM, customer service, or a similar field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and outgoing personality.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
- Good sales and customer-engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Presentable, energetic, and professional approach.
