Relevant experience in LAP / Home Loan / Mortgage / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services / Sales will be preferred.

**?* Key Responsibilities*

Sales Manager – Micro LAP / Mortgage





Drive LAP and mortgage business in the assigned territory.

Generate new business through direct sourcing and channel partners.

Manage and develop relationships with customers, DSAs, and other sourcing channels.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Ensure quality sourcing and proper documentation.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.

Monitor the sales pipeline and maintain regular market coverage.

Ensure compliance with SMFG policies and processes.

IRO Mortgage / IRO – Rural Home Loan

Source new LAP/Home Loan customers from the assigned territory.

Generate leads through field visits, references, connectors, and local market activities.

Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.

Collect and verify required customer documents.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams until disbursement.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and sourcing channels.

Achieve assigned monthly sourcing and disbursement target
