Key Responsibility:

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menus when required.
- Explain menu items, beverages, offers, and daily specials to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/barista team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure correct presentation and quality of food and beverages before serving.
- Check with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and attend to their requirements.
- Explicit and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, chairs, service areas, and guest spaces.
- Set up tables and service stations before the start of operations.




- Coordinate with the kitchen, barista, cashier, and service team for smooth order execution.
- Handle guest queries and complaints courteously and immediately report issues to the Captain or Supervisor.
- Follow café SOPs, service standards, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Maintain proper handling and care of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment.
- Support stock arrangement and replenishment of service items when required.
- Follow grooming, uniform, attendance, and workplace discipline standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
