- Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly distributor activation and ensure consistent productivity
- Train, mentor, and support distributors to improve sales performance
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets through the agency partner channel
- Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors and clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and guidance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Identify local market opportunities to drive business growth
- Submit regular sales and performance reports to management
