Job Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain Personal Loan products and services.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convince interested customers.
- Understand customers' basic eligibility and loan requirements.
- Explain the required documents and loan process to customers.
- Conduct KYC tele-verification of customers.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Forward interested customer leads to the Sales/Credit team.
- Follow up on pending leads to improve customer conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Required Skills:Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
- Telecalling or Loan/NBFC experience will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
