Job Summary - The Debt Recovery Agent is responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan/financial obligations, following up on pending payments, and achieving assigned recovery targets while maintaining skilled customer communication and following applicable company and regulatory guidelines.

- Follow up with customers for pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
- Explain outstanding amounts, repayment options, and relevant payment information clearly.
- Negotiate and obtain payment commitments from customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups until the payment commitment is fulfilled.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Update customer payment status, follow-up details, and collection remarks accurately.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and periodic recovery targets.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders/Collection Managers regarding difficult or unresolved cases.
- Follow company policies and applicable RBI/regulatory guidelines during recovery activities.
