About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Barhi Industrial Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

Generate leads through field visits, calls, references, and other channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.

Maintain regular reports of sales activities, leads, and customer follow-ups.





Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

1–3 years of sales experience preferred; freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Positive communication and negotiation skills.

Confident and customer-focused approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
