Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Coordinate with government authorities, VAPI municipal corporations, and regulatory agencies for approvals, licenses, and permits.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, clients, contractors, and consultants.
* Follow up on statutory approvals, NOCs, registrations, and documentation.
* Prepare, submit, and track official applications and related documents.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Represent the company in meetings with external agencies.
* Resolve issues related to approvals and government procedures.
* Maintain records of correspondence, approvals, and official documents.
* Provide regular status updates to management on ongoing liaison activities.
* Support project teams by ensuring timely statutory clearances.
Required Skills
