Position: Business Developement Executive (Fresher)We are looking for enthusiastic and driven graduates who are eager to begin their career journey in Sales & Business Development within the booming EdTech industry.

- Compensation Structure:Internship Stipend: ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
- After-Internship (Full-Time): 5 - 7 LPA + 2LPA Performance Incentives
- Joining : September , October

Key Responsibilities





Understand and effectively present TopGrade’s AI-based learning solutions to students and professionals

- Connect with potential learners via calls, emails, and social platforms
- Counsel prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates

Eligibility & Skills Required:

- Any Graduate (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven mindset with good time management
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a quick-paced environment
