Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Starting from ₹10,000/month

Travel: Own Bike/Scooter Mandatory

Petrol & Local Travel Expenses: Provided by the Institution

Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Outdoor Staff member to manage the institution’s day-to-day outdoor work, maintenance coordination, purchases, vendor follow-ups, and field-related tasks.

The candidate should be reliable, punctual, and capable of independently handling assigned tasks and providing timely updates to management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase and collect office/institutional materials and supplies.
- Visit markets, shops, vendors, and service providers as required.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work such as electrical, plumbing, AC, furniture, equipment, etc.
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, technicians, mechanics, and other service providers.
- Visit properties and sites for inspection, verification, and coordination.
- Assist in finding and coordinating suitable properties, vendors, rental spaces, and services.
- Deliver and collect documents, materials, equipment, and other items.
- Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, delivery, installation, repairs, and service completion.




- Maintain basic records of purchases, expenses, repairs, and vendor details.
- Provide regular updates regarding the status of assigned work.
- Handle other outdoor and operational tasks assigned by management.
- RequirementsOwn bike/scooter is mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Good knowledge of Lucknow, especially the Gomti Nagar area.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Should be responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and hardworking.
- Comfortable with regular outdoor travel and field work.
- Previous experience in field work, procurement, maintenance, delivery, or office operations will be preferred.

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who can take responsibility and get things done without constant supervision. The candidate should be able to coordinate with vendors, technicians, shops, and service providers and ensure that assigned work is completed properly and on time.
