Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with customers, generate leads, and support B2C sales activities. Freshers are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided as required.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products or services clearly to customers.

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

Handle basic customer queries professionally.

Maintain accurate call and customer records.

Follow up with interested customers and support sales conversions.

Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Requirements

Age: 18–35 years

Gender: Both genders allowed

Education: 12th Pass

English: Basic English

Experience: Freshers only

Skills: B2C Sales

Good communication and convincing skills.

Willingness to work in a target-oriented workplace.
