About the RoleCrystal Crop Protection Ltd. is looking for an XFS Operator to support plant operations and production activities at its Jammu facility. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment, following SOPs, maintaining production standards, and ensuring safe working practices.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor XFS/production equipment as per SOPs.
- Follow production processes, operating instructions, and safety procedures.
- Monitor machine parameters and identify abnormalities during operations.
- Maintain proper production records, logbooks, and checklists.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine checks of equipment.
- Report machine breakdowns, abnormalities, and safety issues to supervisors.
- Follow PPE and workplace safety requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the production area.
- Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.




- Follow quality standards and instructions provided by the production/quality team.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts as required.

Candidate ProfileQualification:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant plant-operation experience may also be considered.

Experience:

- 0–3 years of experience in plant/production operations.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can be considered.

- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of plant and machine operations.
