Job DescriptionKadd Brother Enterprises is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in Sector 63, H Block, Noida.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our farmhouse and real estate projects.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the real estate sales team.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and other channels.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Promote and sell farmhouse and real estate projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build robust relationships with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate site visits and follow up with prospective buyers.




- Maintain sales reports and regularly update management on sales performance.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives when required.
- Requirements2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to manage a sales team.
- Knowledge of the Noida/Delhi NCR property market will be an advantage.
- Good client-handling and follow-up skills.
- Candidates with experience in farmhouse, plots, residential, or commercial property sales are preferred.
