Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Architect to join our team at Gautam Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare 2D & 3D architectural drawings and designs
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings
- Develop residential and commercial building designs
- Prepare site plans and architectural layouts
- Coordinate with structural and civil engineering teams
- Assist in estimation, planning and project execution
- Visit project sites and coordinate with the site team
- Ensure designs meet project requirements and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients and understand their design requirements

Requirements:

- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification
- Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software will be preferred
- Valuable knowledge of building planning and architectural design
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
