About the RolePowerXchange Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring timely closure of technical positions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer roll-outs.




- Ensure a smooth onboarding and joining experience for selected candidates.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and reports.
- RequirementsExperience: Prior experience in HR/Recruitment with a strong focus on Technical Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT/technical roles and recruitment processes.
- Robust sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
- Valuable interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
