- Supervise Corporate and Residential Interior daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior works.

- Read and understand interior drawings, layouts and specifications and ensure accurate execution.

- Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, contractors and vendors.

- Conduct site measurements and verify work as per drawings and dimensions.

- Monitor workmanship, materials and finishing quality.

- Manage labour, materials, tools and site resources efficiently.

- Ensure availability and proper usage of required materials at site.

- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.

- Maintain daily site progress reports and update the project management team.

- Maintain site records, material receipts, stock details, measurements and work tracking.

- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.

- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders whenever required.

- Ensure proper site discipline, housekeeping and safety practices.

- Track variations, site instructions and changes in scope and communicate them to the concerned team.

- Support project meetings by providing accurate site updates and required information.
