2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

3. Willingness to work across different support processes (Email, Chat, Voice, and L1 Support) based on business requirements.

4. Ready to work in all the shifts.

Job Responsibilities: -

1. Manage outbound / Inbound calls of customers for up selling & cross selling of the ODeX Services.

2. Handles the customer requests and complaints.

3. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

4. Follow up to ensure resolution.

5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

6. Provide resolution with the basic knowledge and skill.

7. Must have experience in US process for international process.
