Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company's events division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders to secure funding opportunities.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment rental, etc.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting for events.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in Museums, Experiential Centers, Events, Light & Sound Shows, and Government Projects.

- The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, building relationships with government and private sector clients, managing the proposal life cycle,



and coordinating with internal teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.

Job Requirements :

- 7-10 years of experience in business development
- Experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Sales, or Project Acquisition.

Experience in Museums, Events, Exhibitions, Experiential Projects, Architecture, Interior Design, Government Projects, EPC/PMC projects, or related sectors will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of English language required;
- Proven track record of securing funding from government sources or similar organizations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
