What You’ll Do
Create performance-led content for Meta & Google campaigns
Write ad copies, hooks, headlines, scripts & CTAs
Develop scroll-stopping content for Reels, videos, carousels & static ads
Create multiple content variations for A/B testing
Develop Google Search & Performance Max messaging
Translate product features and benefits into conversion-focused communication
Analyse content performance across CTR, CPC, engagement, conversion & ROAS
Identify winning hooks, messaging and creative formats
Develop content for product launches, gifting, festive & promotional campaigns
Work closely with Performance, Creative, Brand, Social, Influencer, Product Marketing & E-commerce teams

We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Content / Copywriting / Digital Marketing / Performance Content




Hands-on experience with Meta & Google advertising content
Robust copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience writing hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs & ad copies
Understanding of how content impacts CTR, engagement & conversion
D2C / e-commerce experience preferred
Beauty, skincare, fragrance, personal care, luxury, fashion or lifestyle experience is a plus
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and social media trends
Excellent English writing and communication skills

The ideal candidate:
Someone who understands the difference between regular brand content and performance content and can quickly turn a product into multiple hooks, ad copies, video scripts, messaging angles and conversion-focused CTAs.
