- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring effective execution of projects on time and within budget.
- Supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and laborers to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop strategies for improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing overall site performance.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in oil & gas industry or related field.
- Strong background in site engineering, management, monitoring, operations, planning & supervision.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality control.
