- Planning and organizing production schedules. Overseeing production processes
- Responsible for the overall production, capacity and material planning, inventory control, and scheduling activities to maximize schedule adherence, customer service, and delivery.
- Monitor and responsible for the complete production LED display products.
- Ensure the output meets defined parameters.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to maintain quality and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and inspect products for quality assurance prior to dispatch
- Maintain inventory records of products.
- Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock
- Coordinate the dispatch ofproducts.
- Ensure accurate labeling and proper packaging.
Preferred candidate profile
- Min. 5 years of experience in a production unit. (LED Display exp added advantage)
- Relevant educational background: B.Tech or Diploma or Any graduate
- Solid leadership skills, ability to motivate others, resolve conflict, encourage teamwork, and manage employee performance.
