Job Description
Clover Infotech is looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Mobile Applications for its client, ICICI Lombard. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile applications, SDLC, Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
The candidate will work closely with Sales Teams, Regional Managers, Product Managers, Development, QA, and Technology Teams to understand business requirements, gather user feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement of mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and user feedback from Sales Teams and Regional Managers.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, functional requirements, and other business documentation.
- Collaborate with Development and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Prioritize, document, and track enhancement requests from business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support UAT, production releases, and post-implementation reviews.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of application enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve application functionality and overall user experience.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience with mobile applications (Android/iOS) and SDLC.
- Positive understanding of Agile methodology and requirement-gathering techniques.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with business users, Sales Teams, and Regional Managers.
- Hands-on experience with UAT and application enhancement projects.
- Experience in the Insurance or BFSI domain will be an added advantage.
