Role & responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the WISE program in the Mumbai
Network with organizations working with Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
Monitor mobilization, training and placement of youth as per project deliverables
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including employers, government agencies,
and NGO
Identify jobs chance and coordinate for placement of candidates in companies/ self-
employment
Responsible for timely reporting and updation of the program on the Y4J Swarajability Portal and
MIS.
Organize events, Job Fairs, Volunteering opportunities for the program/ project
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, preferably in the non-profit or social
sector
