Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineering Lead with 9-12yrs of experience to lead offshore engineering teams and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in Angular, Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, along with proven technical leadership and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore engineering pod(s) and drive end-to-end application delivery.
- Design, develop, and review applications using Angular, Java Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams on solution design.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Drive CI/CD automation, cloud deployments, and performance optimization.
- Mentor team members and support Agile delivery through sprint planning and execution.
