Job Description

- Specialize in the analysis and evaluation of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), assessing collateral quality, credit risk, transaction structures, and investment performance.
- Perform detailed reviews of commercial real estate loan documents, underwriting packages, property-level financial statements, rent rolls, appraisals, and servicing reports to validate transaction data and identify potential risks.
- Interpret prospectuses, pooling and servicing agreements, term sheets, and offering documents, focusing on collateral characteristics, credit metrics, trigger events and asset level disclosures.
- Recalculate and validate investor analytics, including debt service coverage ratios (DSCR), loan-to-value ratios (LTV)



and debt yield analyses using proprietary and third-party modeling tools.
- Develop collateral stratification analyses and portfolio summaries to evaluate commercial mortgage loan pools across property types, geographic concentrations, tenant exposure, and maturity profiles.
- Conduct due diligence reviews for CMBS transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of disclosures and supporting documentation.
