Roles and Responsibility

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest experience.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Solid attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods of time.
