Role & responsibilities

1. Increase the SOV of the brand among Partner's employees and customers
2. Designing of Education & Enablement tools to ensure ease of selling
3. Ensure 360 degree Product launch and product drive for internal and external stakeholders
4.Conceptualize & design online/offline customer campaigns & lead generation modules for business generation
5. High impact integrated campaigns with focus on reach and performance
6. Developing innovative & impactful content for sales engagement, enablement & customer education
7. Creative and communication designing in line with the campaign thought and strategic objective
8. Work in close coordination with the internal Key Account Teams and the Channel Partner to design and execute the Marketing Plan, which will enable the achievement of overall business objective
9.Ensure Compliance to brand and regulatory guidelines , Budget management




10.Design and execute cutting-edge and effective programs/project for efficient channel marketing management with measurable results

- Interpersonal skills - the Incumbent is required to interact with cross functional stakeholders and should be able to establish good working relationships and coordination with key partners
- Influential skills- to interact and influence the senior channel stakeholders, backed by subject expertise and data

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Adherence to operational processes and guidelines
- Adherence to accounting (billing & payment) processes & budget management
