Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Intern who wants to learn the craft by doing it - testing the product, shaping what it should become, and talking to the people who use it.

- Test the product end to end across web and mobile: run real user journeys, try to break things, and log clear reproducible bugs with steps, screenshots and expected vs actual behaviour.

- Own a regression pass before every release and help decide what is positive enough to ship.

- Come up with new design concepts: wireframes, flows and prototypes for new features and for fixing the rough edges in existing ones.

- Talk to customers. Run discovery calls, user interviews and feedback sessions, then write up notes and turn them into insights the team can act on.

- Sit in on sales and support conversations to understand where users actually get stuck.

- Work hands-on with our agentic AI and LLM features: prompt design, evaluating model outputs, testing AI workflows and suggesting improvements.

- Learn and apply core product concepts - user personas, problem statements, PRDs, prioritisation frameworks, success metrics and A/B tests.





- Track competitors and keep the team updated on what similar products are shipping.

- Work day to day with engineering and design: join stand-ups, write and groom tickets, and follow features from idea to release.

Preferred candidate profile

- Final-year student or recent graduate from any stream, genuinely curious about how products get built.

- Strong written and spoken communication - you will be on calls with real customers from week one.

- Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and similar) and excited about agentic AI. No coding background required, but you should not be scared of technical detail.

- An eye for design and clean user experience; familiarity with Figma is a plus.

- Structured thinker who can take messy feedback and turn it into a clear problem statement.

- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and follows through without being chased.

- Available full time for a 3 month internship, based in Mumbai (hybrid).

- Bonus: side projects, hackathons, a blog, or any product you have built and shipped yourself.
