Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management review.
Assist in preparation of financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
Track key financial metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.

Financial Analysis
Conduct cost analysis, profitability analysis, and trend analysis across business units.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Analyze operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities.

Compliance & Filings
Assist with statutory filings, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required financial data and reports.
Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation.

ERP & Data Management
Work on ERP-based financial systems (Oracle preferred) for financial data extraction and reporting.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data validation.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with operations, procurement, and accounts teams for financial data consolidation.




Support finance leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any discipline)
MBA in Finance from a recognized institute

Experience
2–5 years of experience in finance, financial reporting, MIS, or financial analysis
Experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations preferred

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, MIS preparation, and financial analysis
Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis

Testing of the new report in ERP

Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet reporting deadlines

Location Requirement

Candidates should be based in Mumbai / Thane or willing to relocate. 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in manufacturing finance environments
Exposure to ERP-based financial reporting and large datasets
Robust attention to detail and structured reporting skills
