Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for fire fighting, HVAC, and other critical equipment.
- Oversee project management activities including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Job Requirements :

- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures & fittings, electrical installations & maintenance.
- Proven track record in managing projects from concept to completion within budget constraints.
- Experience in fire fighting systems, assistant Manager MEP roles, and MEP systems is desirable.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards for fire fighting and HVAC systems.
