Hiring: Telesales Executive (Outbound Lead Generation) – WFH | Night Shift

We are hiring Telesales Executives for Outbound Lead Generation. This role involves connecting with international clients and generating leads over calls.

Job Details:

* Role: Telesales Executive (Outbound Lead Generation)

* Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month

* Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

* Work Mode: Work From Home (after training)

Training Requirement:

* Mandatory 3-4 days in-office training

* Location: Sector 63, Noida (Building No. 196, H Block, B-11)

Requirements:

* Must have own laptop

* Reliable Wi-Fi connection

* Quiet work setting at home

* Basic English communication skills

* Comfortable with cold calling & sales

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to international customers

* Generate qualified leads

* Explain services and handle objections

* Maintain daily call reports & follow-ups

* Achieve daily/weekly targets

Preferred:

* Experience in telesales / lead generation

* Freshers with good communication can also apply
