As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the effective management and execution of site activities, including but not limited to:

- Site Management
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and other site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Labour Management
- Manage and supervise labour and subcontractor teams at site.
- Allocate work and monitor productivity.
- Maintain discipline and proper utilization of manpower.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with the concerned management.
- Equipment & Tools Management
- Ensure proper availability and utilization of construction equipment, machinery and tools.
- Maintain records of tools and equipment issued at site.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and maintenance of equipment.
- Quality Control
- Monitor the quality of work and materials used at site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved specifications and standards.




- Identify and report quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Safety Management
- Ensure compliance with all site safety rules and procedures.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow safety practices.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents or accidents to the concerned authority.
- Ensure the site remains clean, organized and secure for all personnel.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site records, labour reports, material records and work progress reports.
- Provide regular updates regarding site progress, manpower, materials, equipment and issues.
- Escalate delays, shortages, technical issues and other site-related concerns promptly.

Dress Code & Safety Requirements

- Employees are required to report to site in formal attire.
- Safety shoes are mandatory at the project site.
- All other PPE prescribed by the project/client must be worn as required.

The employee shall comply with all safety, security and access-control requirements of Honda R&D;, Manesar.
