Trainer – Job Description

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000/- per month

Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Travel: Willingness to travel to project/site locations, including weekends when required

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training sessions for employees on company processes, products, and job roles.
- Prepare and deliver engaging training materials and presentations.
- Assess employee understanding and training effectiveness.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads to identify training requirements.
- Maintain training records and provide regular training reports.
- Travel to different project/site locations as required, including weekends.
- Requirements2–3 years of experience in training, L&D;, or a similar role.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.
- Ability to work on weekends when business requirements demand.
- Real estate/project experience will be an added advantage.
