We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a clean, secure warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Label, organise and store inventory in designated locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Ensure products are handled safely to prevent damage.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and complaint with safety standards.

Skills Required:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistic experience is a plus but not required.

- Ability to lift and move packages up to 8-10 kg.

Delivery Associate

We're looking for a responsible and hardworking Delivery Associate to handle the timely and safe delivery of products/orders to customers. The candidate will be responsible for collecting orders, following assigned delivery routes, maintaining delivery records, and providing good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver orders safely and on time to customers.
- Verify order details before delivery.
- Collect cash/payments from customers, where applicable.
- Maintain accurate delivery and payment records.
- Handle products carefully during transportation.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Follow all company safety and traffic rules.
- Report delivery issues,



customer concerns, or damaged/missing items promptly.

Travel & Daily Allowance

- Travel Allowance: ₹2.50 per km for eligible official travel.
- Daily Allowance: ₹1.00 per km as per company policy and eligible delivery kilometres.

Skills Required:

- Valid driving licence.
- Own vehicle preferred, depending on company requirements.
- Basic knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Ability to use a smartphone and delivery/navigation applications.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and physically fit for delivery work.
- Previous delivery/logistics experience will be an advantage.

Assistant Purchase Manager:

We're looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Purchase Manager to support the procurement team in sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, processing purchase orders and maintaining proper purchasing records. The candidate should have good vendor management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Purchase Manager in planning and executing procurement activities.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, specifications, quality, and delivery terms.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favourable terms.




- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement based on inventory requirements.
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, quality, pricing, and incorrect deliveries.
- Ensure purchases are made as per company policies and approved budgets.
- Assist in preparing purchase reports, MIS, and procurement-related analysis.
- Support the Purchase Manager in developing cost-saving and procurement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and coordination with the accounts team for invoice and payment processing.
- Stay updated on market prices, availability, and new suppliers.
- Required good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements.
