? Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire Current & Savings Account customers

• Source customers through branch leads & open market

• Generate leads through field visits, references & local networking

• Cross-sell bank products

• Explain CASA products, features & benefits

• Assist with account opening & KYC formalities

• Maintain robust customer & branch relationships

• Achieve monthly acquisition & revenue targets

• Follow banking policies & regulatory guidelines

? Eligibility:

• Minimum Graduate

• CASA Sales experience mandatory

• DSA & Telecalling candidates will NOT be considered

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Customer-centric & target-oriented
